Zynga’s Unsolicited Ideas Policy
Zynga appreciates your enthusiasm and the time and energy you spend playing our games, and suggesting improvements and changes. Zynga’s company policy, however, does not allow us to accept or consider any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, comments or materials (“Submissions”). The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings when Zynga’s products, services or features might appear to be similar or identical to ideas submitted to Zynga.
Terms of Idea Submissions

- Zynga will consider the Submissions to be non-confidential and non-proprietary.
- Zynga shall have no obligations concerning the Submissions, including but not limited to, no obligation to return any materials or acknowledge receipt of any Submissions.
- Zynga may use, copy, distribute, perform, display, publish, create any derivative works from or disclose the Submissions for any purpose and in any way, without any compensation to you or any third party.
While we do not accept unsolicited ideas, Zynga is always pleased to receive feedback regarding its existing features. Please only provide specific feedback on existing features, and do not include ideas that our policy will not permit us to accept or consider. You can post these discussions in our Forums at http://forums.zynga.com.
Any feedback you provide is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. Zynga shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation to you or any third party.
