What User Information Does Zynga Have?
Zynga collects user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service .
The types of information that Zynga collects and the time period for which Zynga retains that information may differ depending on the
game or gaming platform on which the game is played. Data crucial to Zynga’s business operations such as payment information, customer
service records, and game statistics are generally maintained on Zynga’s servers. Data non-crucial to Zynga’s business operations, such
as in-game messages and chat between users or individual user’s game activities may not be stored or may be stored for a very brief
period of time. If you are seeking a specific category of information, we encourage you to contact Zynga at lawenforcement@zynga.com prior to serving formal legal process.
Please be advised that, with regard to Zynga games played on a social network, much of the information Zynga collects comes from the
social network itself and Zynga’s access to these social network profiles is limited. Therefore, when seeking profile information of a
user who accesses Zynga’s games through a social network, you should consider sending your request directly to the relevant social
network service provider.
