As we kick off this year’s Pride celebration, I’m honored to recognize and celebrate zPride, its leadership team, and the incredible community that continues to make our workplace more inclusive, supportive, and empowering for all.

Pride is a celebration of our  commitment to visibility, belonging, and creation of spaces where LGBTQIA+ employees and allies feel seen, valued, and supported. It is also a reminder of the importance of standing together, not only during Pride Month, but every day.

This year’s theme, Unity, speaks to the strength we build when we come together across teams, studios, and labels to champion inclusion. Unity means embracing our differences while recognizing the shared purpose that connects us. It means listening to one another, learning from one another, and showing up for one another in meaningful ways. When we lead with unity, we create a culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. During this year’s Pride Month celebration, you’ll see more examples of unity as we host events with our peer ERG groups BZU, 2gether, and T2Q!
