Time really does move quickly when you’re building something you love. As we celebrate the 16th anniversary of Zynga’s Studio I in India, at its heart, this milestone is about appreciation.

Over the years, Studio I has grown from a small, ambitious team into a vibrant hub of innovation within Zynga, contributing to experiences enjoyed by millions of players around the world. None of that progress happens by chance. It is the result of countless moments of collaboration, problem-solving and a shared belief that great games begin with great teams.

In true Zynga spirit, we celebrated this anniversary together at our studio in Bangalore with an afternoon of friendly competition and discovery, reminding us that while the games we create bring joy to players all over the world, the relationships we build with one another are just as important.

Anniversaries invite reflection. 16 years ago, the foundation was laid with optimism and a willingness to experiment. That mindset remains central to Studio I’s culture today. The mobile game industry continues to evolve and technologies shift, but our commitment to creativity, craftsmanship and gratitude for our audience always remains constant. It’s this balance of curiosity and purpose that has allowed Studio I to thrive and adapt, year after year.

Looking ahead, what excites me most is not just what we’ve accomplished, but what we have yet to create. The passion I see across our teams gives me tremendous confidence in the road ahead. If the past 16 years have shown us anything, it’s that when talented people come together around a shared mission, the possibilities are limitless.

To everyone who has been part of this journey, past and present, thank you for the energy and heart you bring every day. Our greatest achievement isn’t a single launch or even a milestone anniversary like today’s, it’s the community we’ve built together.
