Each March, we celebrate the incredible women right here at Zynga—and across our industry— who continue to shape the world of gaming. During Women’s History Month, we celebrate the legends who paved the way, and the next generation of voices whose ideas and perspectives will shape the future of play.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give To Gain,” connects our past and our present, and captures a powerful truth: When we invest in one another, everyone benefits. Through mentorship, advocacy, and visibility, we aren’t just building careers—we’re building our future, strengthening the creative and cultural fabric of our industry.

This March, Women at Zynga (WAZ) is excited to host a month-long celebration of women, including a series of global and chapter-led events designed to foster connection and learning. From panel discussions and storytelling sessions, to community gatherings and skill-building workshops, these moments are meant to spark conversation and create space for reflection and inspiration. We hope you’ll join us.

This year, we’re also shining a spotlight on our WAZ chapters around the world. These local communities are the heartbeat of the program, translating shared values into tangible experiences. Whether organizing volunteer initiatives or cultural celebrations, our chapter leaders and members play a vital role in building inclusive spaces where employees feel supported and empowered. Their passion and dedication bring the spirit of WAZ to life every day, and we’re excited to highlight their work throughout the month.
