On December 15, the Serbian Association of Managers hosted its annual gala event in Belgrade celebrating the top companies and leaders in Serbia where Nordeus was awarded the Best Employer of 2025. This is a prestigious recognition for our company, but, more so, it is a reflection of the people who make our games and the impact we create in our community.

Our culture at Nordeus has always been about building a culture where people can grow, innovate, and make an impact on the world through games. That spirit is something you feel every day in our offices in Belgrade and I’m humbled that it was recognized on a night that honors leadership, responsibility, and excellence in business. As I said onstage while accepting this award, before we made games, we created a team. People were, and still are, our number one game.

It’s been a great close to 2025 for Nordeus, capping off a truly sensational year for both Top Eleven and Golf Rival, which continue to reach players all around the globe, but it is not only our games that have been recognized both at home here in Serbia and abroad. We were honored to have the Nordeus Foundation, our nonprofit educational program which helps children acquire skills and knowledge needed to win in the digital economy, be chosen by the Serbian Philanthropic Association to be the beneficiary of funds raised at their annual gala event in November.

The fundraiser, held by the New York–based nonprofit dedicated to connecting supporters of Serbia’s future at the iconic Cipriani Wall Street, brought together more than 450 guests united around education and opportunity. Together, they raised over $150,000 to support the Nordeus Foundation’s Makers Labs innovative educational initiative. One of the standout moments of the evening was the auction of a tennis racket signed by Serbian tennis icon Novak Djokovic, which fetched more than $40,000, a remarkable show of generosity and enthusiasm from attendees.

Every bid, every donation, every conversation was driven by a shared belief that young people deserve access to the tools and spaces that help them discover and shape their potential. That belief is at the core of the Nordeus Foundation’s Makers Labs initiative, an effort to bring hands-on STEAME (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics and entrepreneurship) learning environments into Serbian schools so that students can explore, experiment and create the future generation of tech.

To our Nordeus teams, past and present, these awards belong to you. It reflects your dedication to each other and to the thoughtful, collaborative culture we strive to foster every day. And to our partners, players and all those who believe in the power of education and opportunity, thank you. Your commitment helps extend our impact far beyond the walls of our offices and into classrooms, playgrounds and futures yet to be written.

Here’s to more moments that make us proud, make us humble, and make us strive for even greater impact.
