Campus Recruitment Program Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Build a strategic talent pipeline with universities that focuses on diverse talent
  • Partner with leadership on driving university hiring initiatives, mapping out headcount, and confirming team and location placement of eligible university hires for teams including (and not limited to) Engineering, Product Management, Art & Design.
  • Create a diversity strategy for on campus hires, focusing on driving high performing early career talent into Zynga
  • Partner with the global Campus Talent Acquisition organization and hiring teams to strategize and implement impactful campus engagement and hiring initiatives
  • Partner with the global Campus Talent Acquisition team to create and implement new programs and initiatives in the India office
  • Develop and standardize early career talent recruitment processes and advise and train hiring teams
  • Build Zynga’s brand through social media. Create a strategy that helps to position university programs on campus and attracts and sells the brand.

Desired Qualifications

  • Gaming industry experience is must 
  • High interest in working with early career professionals
  • Passionate about bringing young people to gaming, including women and other under represented groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities; ability to multitask. Demonstrated capability to lead and manage projects.
  • Ability to create relationships with key business partners and global stakeholders
  • Creative and strategic mindset with ability to drive projects and initiatives forward. High degree of self-initiative and ownership.
  • While experience in HR and recruiting would be a plus, it is not a requirement and the current HR/recruitment team will support this individual in gaining those skills
