The TA leader is responsible for leading and executing recruiting strategies consistent with Zynga’s mission to recruit and select the very best and brightest talent. In this fast-paced environment, the experienced leader will be tasked with helping build a high performing scalable recruiting team while providing guidance and direction on multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate is innovative, must be comfortable with change and passionate about developing high performance teams that help drive the business forward. This position is located in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a talented team of recruiting professionals
  • Provide winning leadership, mentorship and guidance to members of this team
  • Develop scalable recruiting solutions to support Zynga’s continued growth
  • Scale the operations recruiting team by driving key automation and productivity initiatives
  • Implement continuous improvement by monitoring, evaluating, tracking, and reporting measurable metrics
  • Leverage emerging technology and innovation through formal and informal study, professional publications, networking, and social media outlets
  • Recommend creative solutions and approaches to achieve company hiring objectives and goals
  • Engage in proactive and agile recruiting strategies to address the unique requirements of a rapidly growing company

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience including at least 4-6 years of people management
  • Demonstrated success of building high performing teams
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, and results-oriented, possessing the ability to work well independently and with teams
  • Proven success in leading, directing and motivating teams in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Deep understanding of and passion for social gaming, recruiting, and operational planning & execution
  • Adept at utilizing Social Networking as part of a broad, overarching, and multifaceted recruiting strategy
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, ability to be detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
