Zynga is looking for a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic EMEA IT Operations team from our Turkey office. The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for all IT tickets, systems and network within their sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of ownership, the ability to collaborate and mentor a global team, and have broad problem-solving experience. This position reports to the Sr Manager, IT Operations EMEA and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to Zynga’s success during an exciting time in the company’s history. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential changes and system improvements and present these to the Systems Administrators to drive new innovation and process improvements
  • Assist in employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Directly interact with users and stakeholders at every level of the business, from intern to CEO
  • Provides experienced technical support of windows and mac environment, SSO, AD, VM, Casper, Landesk, SCCM, AirWatch, Office365 applications
  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware in a multi-vendor datacenter, office and cloud environment
  • Perform wireless surveys leading to design and tuning recommendations
  • Assist customers with IT related issues in a Service Desk setting, troubleshooting issues and resolving where applicable remotely
  • Educate end users in IT best practices, self-service tools, and cybersecurity directives
  • Manage external IT vendors and suppliers 


Requirements:

  • Degree and 5+ years of technical support (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Five years’ experience configuring, installing, troubleshooting and IT problems, repairing printers, and supporting a Windows and Mac environment
  • Experience in troubleshooting: BGP, OSPF, STP, and DM-VPN/IPSEC
  • Support role in an engineering environment highly preferred
  • Customer-focused with a “service first” mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent command of English

  • Be a strong, dynamic character, capable of dealing effectively with colleagues and business users working in a constantly evolving environment
  • One or more of the following certifications is desired:
    • Apple Certified Support Professional
    • CompTIA Security+
    • CompTIA Network+
    • CCNA
    • CompTIA A+
    • MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7
    • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows 7
    • Enterprise Desktop Support technician on Windows 7
