  • Assist in on-boarding of new hires which includes coordination of orientation session for new hires
  • Support India Leadership with meetings
  • Coordination of all training programs which includes sending calendar invites, collecting feedback, tracking attendance etc
  • Coordination of HR Programs/Initiatives
  • Organize team meetings and events and maintain related calendar invites
  • Work with corporate partner teams such as accounts payable, facilities and IT as required
  • Contribute to a positive culture with a joyful attitude, including finding creative ways to bring excitement and happiness to others (such as planning and execution of recognitions and celebrations, etc.)
  • Handle various ad-hoc requests and projects requested by leadership
  • Able to work cross functionally with key stakeholder teams
  • Partner and drive events along with employee resource groups at Zynga
  • Own and drive engagement events/activities

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Office Management or Executive Assistant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to turn around projects with detail and accuracy
  • Experience with managing multiple calendars and work at a fast pace
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Outlook
  • Adaptable, proactive, resourceful, with a self-starter mindset
  • Experience managing competing priorities within tight deadlines, while maintaining composure
  • Trusted to handle information and tasks of a highly confidential and critical nature
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Imperative to work quickly, efficiently and independently in this capacity
