Zynga is looking for Senior Director of Diversity, Learning, and Social Impact, who will lead and build upon our current Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy and action plan.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • As a member of the People Leadership Team, work with key People Ops partners and Centers of Excellence to execute Zynga’s “Inclusive Excellence” enterprise diversity and inclusion strategy
  • Serve as the primary advocate for, and developmental partner to, the Zynga ERG groups
  • Lead and advise on creating inclusive environments that allows all of our team members to grow and thrive in their careers.
  • Provide oversight and strategic leadership to Zynga’s “DEI Social Impact Fund,” with an emphasis on high-ROI investments that support the mission of the Fund and produce measurable results
  • Lead Zynga’s annual approach to measuring and improving inclusion metrics, through various survey efforts
  • Align Zynga people practices and policies with the DEI strategic and operational efforts to hire, develop, promote and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Provide oversight and strategic leadership to Learning and Development at Zynga, with an eye on skill-development for our technical workforce, so that we can retain and grow our current talent
  • Contribute to building our employment branding strategy, and represent the company internally and externally, telling our story and sharing our commitments, programs, lessons learned and progress.
  • Work closely with our University Recruiting team to expand the college and university network, partner with Historically Black Colleges and Universities recruit top talent and shape the future of gaming.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach the team members in L&D, Social Impact, and DEI

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • 10+ years professional experience, with 3+ years leading in the diversity, equity and inclusion space
  • Demonstrated impact and influence in the diversity space both within and outside of North America
  • Experience activating global teams and cross-functional partners to operationalize successful programs/projects at scale
  • Proficiency in data analysis to inform strategies, create metrics and drive accountability for the delivery of outcomes within the business
  • Excellent communicator and writer, with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships
