We are looking for a Senior Recruiter where you will serve as a true strategic partner to our growing business. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will have a business-critical role, collaborating closely on both a strategic and operative level with hiring managers and stakeholders in engineering, product, and other areas to attract and engage top talent. In this role, you will be a part of an ambitious, driven and quality focused talent acquisition team and you'll have the ability to recruit for a variety of roles and impact outcomes for our teams across North America.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute the hiring strategy for multiple business units or functions in a full cycle recruiting role
  • Take a proactive approach to identify, engage, and attract the best talent for our teams
  • Work independently and manage multiple requisitions, searches and client relationships
  • Work closely together with recruitment coordinators and partner teams to provide a seamless candidate experience
  • Act as a recruiting advisor to your key stakeholders in the business and develop deep relationships with internal partners and hiring teams

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience with a focus on technical roles
  • Deep understanding of sourcing passive technical talent and pipeline development strategies, methods and tools
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple searches and shift focus depending on business needs
  • Experience partnering with senior level managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Strong business insight and knowledge of the gaming industry talent market
  • Ability to identify and train partners on exceptional organizational and interviewing skills
  • A personal interest in games is preferred
