Zynga, the largest US Mobile Game Developer, is looking for an outstanding Senior Product Manager to provide outstanding product-centric guidance for our Applied AI Team.

Zynga’s Applied AI group focuses on developing innovative approaches to problems within the game development process, demonstrating directly the ways that AI can contribute throughout the creative process. We build tools and technologies to support every aspect of the development process, from concept development through to LiveOps and publishing operations.

You should have curiosity about the areas of Game Development, Machine Learning and Computational Creativity, and be able to translate from jargon to product direction. A passion for games, and proven experience, is definitely an advantage!

Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for our team, you will help to craft how we approach our tools and services to build AI-Assistive technology that improves the workflow of colleagues and teams across the company. Using outstanding communication skills you will own partner relationships to understand the problems faced by our partners, then work alongside our AI and Engineering groups to ideate on potential solutions and then writing clear and concise specifications and product requirements that encapsulate the outcome of those discussions. You will be an advocate for our end users, working to find the most effective way for our systems to support existing workflows while improving efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely in a cross-functional team to design, scope and implement core systems and products that provide AI-assistive workflows for our partners.
  • Support leadership in defining the team's strategy to build a robust suite of product offerings.
  • Lead partner relationships, understand their existing workflows and gather requirements to establish how a new product can create a streamlined experience for them
  • Drive a product vision, set clear strategy and work with team leaders to define a roadmap for product development

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Product Management experience, ideally in the AI or Software Tools fields
  • Ability to create wire-frames, product specifications and white papers
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, coupled with advanced Excel and SQL proficiency
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive staff
  • Outstanding, diligent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to provide clear actionable feedback and direction, as well as set measurable realistic goals
