AVAILABLE POSITIONS Senior Business Operations Manager

Zynga is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager of Studio Operations who is results-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about joining a world-class studio operations team! The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in helping to deliver and execute program plans, assist in reporting business objectives, and execute on strategic operation initiatives for the company. 

The right candidate for this role will be ready to elevate our business performance across various key studio initiatives. They will have broad experience in solving complex problems, and partnering with game teams and business units to achieve these objectives. Responsibilities: 

  • Lead cross-functional projects as assigned
  • Create long- and short-term project plans
  • Facilitate discussions between studio game teams and central partner groups. Clearly and consistently report the status and risks for each game broadly to the executive team and partner teams
  • Create and present project overview decks/presentations, trackers and reports
  • Deliver on strategic planning activities which include expectation management, workforce planning, budget justification, and others
  • Partner with central teams and operation leaders by understanding their organizations, business roadmaps and models, to proactively help them solve challenges
  • Contribute to other Operation projects in support of our corporate strategy and vision, as required

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years program management experience
  • Strong individual contributor with ability to lead a wide variety of projects
  • A team player who is able to build relationships and work collaboratively across business units/functions e.g. Marketing, Finance, Legal, etc.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take a step back, and think strategically
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • Advance user of Excel and Google Suite is required
  • Self-motivated, demonstrates initiative, flexibility, maturity under pressure, and anticipates and resolves problems before they develop
  • Ability to communicate across diverse cultures, languages, work styles, and personalities
  • Ability to create high level reports, presentations and dashboards for C-Staff
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall/SCRUM development with hard deadlines
