The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations which makes the Direct Sales organization successful. Supporting everything from Sales CRM to Trade Marketing contracts, this role is committed to outstanding service and execution. This wiz loves Salesforce and sales enablement tools to Sales CRM tools to increase efficiency for the sales team. This role is responsible for providing the infrastructure to make the brand and programmatic sales team more efficient and successful. This person ensures sellers have access to outstanding programs, tools, support, and data to drive sales, efficiency and improve the advertising customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Direct & PMP Sales team by Leading the conceptualization, development, and implementation of sales team workflow, decision tools, in order to increase the volume of lead generation and revenue
  • Manage CRM system (Salesforce) and prospecting tools for global sales organizations. (Salesforce, Airtable, Clearslide, MediaRadar, MoatPro).
  • Identify important metrics and analytics required to supervise success for the sales team and teams supporting sales with products and services. Track team profitability and deal win rates through analytics. Build reporting mechanism for all direct/pmp efforts (pre-sales) and post-sales measuring all resources used internal and external for team resource and product management (request form, tracker, or tools)
  • Handle the day to day operations of ad sales budget and B2B marketing events
  • Lead the sales team forecast revenue and profit for US and International markets with a focus on deal pipeline flow, market dynamics, and data analytics
  • Develop AE new hire and follow-up training for all new hires on the Sales Product offering (AMs, sales marketing, ad tech, research, etc)
  • Leads Sales Team Knowledge management such as useful links (how can sales work more efficiently), FAQs, business processes, and rules/guidelines for sellers

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the advertising sales environment
  • Must have a strong understanding of both brand and programmatic advertising
  • Mobile app, console gaming, or multi-platform advertising support preferred
  • Must know how to use and update Salesforce
  • Superb analytic skills with an ability to operate creatively and independently
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Successful candidates will have demonstrated a track record working with Executive, Product, Sales and Operations functions to deliver quantifiable results
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
