We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic, London based recruitment team. You will support recruitment for our two UK based NaturalMotion Studios as well as broader European roles. You will effectively and accurately organize candidate interviews, support events and assist with our internship program. You will have the opportunity to impact the employment brand of our studios while ensuring flawless execution. You will grow your career in your recruitment with broad team, project and event support.

Main Responsibilities

  • As a NaturalMotion ambassador, you will guide job-seekers throughout the recruitment process, providing a first-class experience
  • Schedule complex interview panels, providing seamless adjustments and cohesive impressions of our recruiting efforts
  • Ensure data in our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) remains accurate and up-to-date
  • Post jobs on career websites, job boards and social channels
  • Drive content to our social media channels highlighting the work and culture at NaturalMotion
  • Assist with the planning, organisation and execution of recruitment and industry events
  • Create and distributing recruitment updates, running regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Handle the annual intern hiring process, including building rapport with Universities
  • Dive in when needed to help source and screen candidates
  • Participate in recruitment projects as needed

Key Requirements

  • Experience working in a Recruitment Coordination / Junior Recruiter role, within an agency or in-house environment
  • Outstanding organisational skills, highly effective at time management and setting priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever evolving environment
  • Proven time management skills and excellent attention-to-detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion at all times
