AVAILABLE POSITIONS Producer, Marketing – Farmville

We are looking for a Producer, Marketing to work with our Creative Production teams out of the Helsinki Game Studio.  The team has just released the latest installment of the Farmville games: Farmville 3 – Animals.

You will be collaborating with game teams to establish a creative pipeline that is efficient and well communicated.

You will work closely with marketing channel owners, marketing managers, and game/partner teams to balance a set of commitments and milestones to predictable execution, facilitating tough trade offs along the way. Tactical enough to dive deep on day-to-day execution, proactively spot areas for improvement, then energetically drive those improvements broadly, resulting in all peers feeling collaboratively led into changes that alleviate confusion, miscommunication, and differing expectations!

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily flow of work through intake, grooming, and production; shepherding creative assets for maximum quality and efficiency through the pipeline.

  • Manage a licensed asset approval process in partnership with the game teams.

  • Communicate feedback to teams in a timely manner and handle all change requests and resubmissions.

  • Work with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns against game roadmaps and licensor approval timelines.

  • Work with vendors and art teams to manage communication, expectations, and results.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to balance and constantly prioritize multiple projects/requests from numerous internal and/or external partners.

  • Self-motivated to act quickly when issues arise that need immediate attention.

  • Detail-oriented, with excellent written skills in reports, emails, and other communication.

  • Strong verbal communication both one-on-one and in larger meetings with internal and external parties.

  • Ability to learn in-house and external partner proprietary website portals.

  • Create, groom, and maintain detailed work tickets in an industry-standard project management software database.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Work experience in video games, real-money gaming or other entertainment industries.

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.

  • 1+ years agile development experience.
