Due to exciting and ambitious growth plans and our commitment to diversifying the gaming industry,  we’re on the hunt for our very first Junior Talent Sourcer. This is a unique opportunity to grow and to help us shape the future of the Talent Sourcing function at Zynga!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to formulate recruitment strategy to fill vacancies in a timely and cost-efficient manner
  • Find, qualify and convert candidates into applicants
  • Build talent pipelines in our CRM and engage with candidates through regular drip campaigns
  • Support recruiters with application reviews and initial phone screens
  • Empower hiring teams with talent intelligence & hiring data
  • Work with the talent acquisition and talent enablement counterparts on defining roles & responsibilities, ways of working and establishing process excellence

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Some experience in the talent acquisition space with modern, best-of-breed tools (ATS systems,
    Linkedin Recruiter, SeekOut etc.)
  • First experience in talent acquisition, ideally in talent sourcing
  • Experience with sourcing methods including networking, meet-ups, social media and other creative ways of sourcing active and passive talent
  • Passion for providing a great candidate experience and being an ambassador for the candidate
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry talent market a plus

  • You are a self-starter and can manage time and multiple searches effectively
  • You love to craft engaging outreach messages and have a flair for adopting creative approaches to build candidate pipelines
  • You are self-motivated and have the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
  • You prioritize quality over quantity and take pride and ownership in your work
