AVAILABLE POSITIONS Business Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to work with our Publishing teams to manage multiple projects and build trust with our internal customers and partner teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of contracts while strategically navigating budgets and policy developments.
  • Investigate contract terms, governing expirations, alert parties to renewals, extensions, credits, and track all associated details
  • Liaise with vendors for all contract affairs and address any issues that may arise
  • Drive execution of business operations in alignment with vision and higher company directives
  • Coordinate team travel elements for world-wide events
  • Anticipate needs, lift results, highlight trends, and build presentations that share findings or implement improvements.
  • Support headcount management, provide mentorship to People Managers, and provide ad hoc analysis
  • Govern contesting priorities, manage expectations, and gracefully navigate strained situations
  • Handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Initiate process improvements across multiple teams, functions, and locations

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3-4+ years of contract management experience in compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, NIST, PCI
  • Well-written communication skills and display clear, well-thought-out recommendations
  • Exceptionally organized, analytical, and meticulous, balanced with a respect for prioritization
  • Ability to tackle unstructured problems (technical, people, and process) with both practical short-term thinking and long-term insight
  • Notable interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Oracle or similar Purchase Order System

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, Google, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and work remotely, if needed.
  • Professional degree preferred
  • Experience with Jira or other task management tools.
