Technical Artists play an instrumental role both in the development of new games and additionally, with games that are being run live as a service.

  • Pipeline creation and maintenance – manage artist tool-set, exporter scripts and tools creation
  • Able to create efficient game rigs for various types of characters and models; proficient with skinning and weighting
  • Support various art team disciplines with tools and technical assistance
  • Writes software and scripts necessary for art implementation and optimization
  • Develops solutions to various production problems relating to the creation and implementation of art assets
  • Ability to create quick prototypes; experience with After Effects, Premiere, Flash, Unity
  • Make sprites and other types of 2D art assets if required
  • Desktop support and troubleshooting for artists and game assets 
  • Understands animation timing and particle implementation
  • A passion for social casino games


Desired Skills:

  • Shipped/released at least three games on major platforms
  • Photoshop, CocosBuilder, Unity, After effects and compositing 
  • Basic scripting and tool documentation
  • Awareness of object-oriented programming and design
  • Experience designing and working with art pipelines and tool distribution to a team
  • Ability to assess feature requests for compliance with art budgets and standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills between art and tech
