The L&D Coordinator will work directly with L&D Specialist to manage all forms of Learning at Zynga. This will include but not be limited to On-boarding all new employees (SF and North America) and Leadership Academy sessions (SF, Austin, Chicago, San Diego and Toronto). This role will be the frontline contact for all new hires as a resource to acclimate to working at Zynga. They will oversee all L&D surveys, rollout and reporting. The position will also be responsible for facilitating ZONE, Zynga's New Hire Orientation.

Responsibilities

  • L&D Coordinator will manage the day-to-day activities of the L&D team. This includes all new hire processes, existing learning opportunities, and vendor partnership
  • All new hire procedures for US and Canada
  • Contact with all new hires upon acceptance of job offer
  • Work closely with hiring managers, IT and Facilities to ensure they are ready for all incoming new employees
  • Arrange all first-day activities required by location
  • Remain the primary contact for all new hire requests
  • Facilitation, project management of New Hire Orientation (ZONE)
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions
  • Schedule all presenters prior to the session
  • Manage all logistics required for each session
  • Iterate presentation in partnership with presenters and L&D Specialist
  • Partner with HR Lead and L&D Specialist to continually improve engagement survey
  • Manage rollout and reporting of participation to stakeholders
  • Responsible for data collection and reporting to all team leads, including team results packet
  • Order and track all new hire merchandise
  • Maintain partnerships with all vendor partners
  • Take the lead in all update and new information sharing

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years in Learning and Development (or similar environment)
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Stellar Customer Service skills with demonstrated examples of going above and beyond
  • Builds rapport quickly; establishes productive, trust-based and effective relationships with a wide variety of individuals across diverse client groups
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be a direct, articulate and thoughtful communicator
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented
  • Experienced in group facilitation
  • MS/Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
